SOEMA — Sharing Our Embodied Messy Aliveness
A slow, open space for wonder, experiment, and the wild Divine moving through our human form.
Come home to the truth moving inside you.
A somatic, soulful, embodied 3-month gathering for women and mothers who long for a soft place to land, to feel, to remember, and to be witnessed, mess and all.
Jan - Mar 2026
What is SOEMA?
A gentle, relational space where we explore what it means to be fully human, not by fixing ourselves, but by learning to meet what’s already here with presence, courage, and curiosity.
As a deeply feeling human, I’ve always been fascinated by the quiet interior current of my own being, the way I move, retreat, return, and re-emerge. I used to think I could outrun what felt too tender and real. But the farther I ran, the more I realized I was only circling back to myself.
As the ocean expresses herself through tides and returning waves, so too do we come back to center.
We cannot escape what is ours.
We can only learn to meet it with wonder and openness.
Everything we long for, everything that aches, is evidence that it already lives within us.
Desire isn’t a lack. It’s a compass.
To be fully alive isn’t about perfecting the next version of ourselves.
It’s a devotional willingness to engage with life instead of extracting from it.
Nature shows us this again and again: the oak doesn’t stand alone.
It is held by soil and moonlight, by storm and stillness, by the unseen roots of many systems… and by the human who pauses beneath its shade on a too-hot day.
Life is woven and cyclical.
Life is deeply relational, beginning with the longest relationship we will ever have: the one with our Self.
Movement, emotion, sensation, the soul’s quiet language, is what animates us.
And this is the heart of SOEMA.
The Essence of SOEMA
SOEMA isn’t a place to become someone.
It’s a place to remember.
It’s not about rushing, striving, or ascending. It’s about returning, softening, sensing, and being with the truth that moves inside you.
It’s not about fixing yourself or trying to “get somewhere.”
Every emotion, even the sharp, tender, messy ones belongs.
They’re not detours.
They are the through-line.
SOEMA is a tapestry, somatic, soulful, embodied, and experimental.
A space where we meet the living texture of our aliveness, rather than analyze it from afar.
It comes alive through presence, through the way we arrive exactly as we are:
unpolished, curious, undone, radiant, messy, wild, Divine.
Beneath it all is my living prayer:
that SOEMA becomes a space where relationship can be felt, witnessed, and lived… starting with the one inside your own skin.
Our Monthly Rhythm
SOEMA is a living, relational space held with deep care.
To protect the intimacy of the circle:
No shares or personal expressions are ever recorded.
When appropriate, portions of guided teachings or somatic practices may be recorded, only with explicit consent from everyone present.
Recordings are always optional and always exclude anything personal, vulnerable, or relational.
You are welcome to remain unrecorded at any time — your choice and comfort are paramount.
This ensures the teachings can support you without compromising the sacredness of live, human presence.
Recording Policy (Integrity-Centered)

Optional Tea Time (1 hour)

I steward the space during our time together and lovingly step out at the end of the cohort to honor its integrity.
The Three-Month Cycle
S O E M A
Sharing Our Embodied Messy Aliveness
Each cohort moves through a grounded arc:
Month 1 — Body
Grounding · Sensation · Resourcing · Interoception
Where we land, listen, and learn the language of the body.
Where the body becomes our ally, a place of truth, pacing, and safety.
Month 2 — Mind
Awareness · Uncoupling · Patterning · Compassion
Where we meet the narrator with curiosity instead of judgment and soften the stories that shape our inner world.
Month 3 — Essence
Presence · Meaning · Soulfulness · Quiet Truth
Where we return to what moves beneath the noise, the part of us that knows, remembers, and guides.
This arc is slow, relational, and non-performative.
A deep breath for the nervous system.
There is no outcome here.
No final version to earn.
No performance to maintain.
No expression to perfect.
SOEMA is a place to witness your own being.
To arrive inside the now.
To feel the textured truth of your aliveness and the wild Divine humming beneath it all.
The willingness to meet your whole Self, to welcome yourself Whole, is the doorway. It tethers you back to the inherent power that has always been yours. It opens pleasure, intimacy, clarity, and deeper orientation to your life.

The Pillars of Soema
Our Living Ethos
-
We arrive as we are — messy, tender, wild, human.
Nothing needs to be fixed, polished, or perfected.
Your being is the medicine. -
The body is our first language.
We listen to her cues with reverence and curiosity.
Sensation is the doorway, not a detour. -
We meet our thoughts with compassion, not combat.
The mind is a narrator seeking safety.
We learn to listen without letting it define us. -
Essence is the quiet truth beneath the noise.
We do not strive toward it — we return to it.
Your essence is essential in this world. -
We honor the pace of the body and the nervous system.
No rushing, pushing, or overriding.
Integration is part of the practice. -
We witness each other without analyzing, advising, or rescuing.
We trust each woman’s innate wisdom.
Support is offered through presence, not solutions. -
This space is experiential, not prescriptive.
We try things gently, notice what arises, and follow what’s true.
Your body is the authority here. -
What is shared here stays here.
We honor boundaries, choices, and autonomy — always. -
We remember that healing and growth happen in relationship —
with self, with sensation, with story, with each other.
We tend to this space like a garden. -
We do not collapse into one layer, not just mind, not just body, not just essence.
We honor complexity and contradiction.
Wholeness lives in the both/and.
